    Ingredients

    • 2 pcs lion's mane head
    • 1 teaspoon spice mix
    • 1 tablespoon beet powder
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 2 tsps maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
    • ½ pc lemon

    Instructions

    Marinade

    • Combine the marinade ingredients into a bowl, mix until well combined.

    Lion's Mane

    • Heat a skillet on low-medium heat.
    • Add a few teaspoons of olive oil and your lion's mane mushroom.
    • Use another pan or a spatula to press it down.
    • Allow it to cook for a few minutes. Continue pressing down to release all the water.
    • Flip it and cook for several minutes. It should be completely pressed like a flat steak. Add more oil if needed.
    • After you have cooked it, place your ribs into the marinade.
    • Let mushrooms marinate for about 30 minutes.
    • Heat the skillet on medium heat and add a few more teaspoons of oil.
    • Add the ribs back to the skillet.
    • Cook on each side for about 5 minutes.
    • Throw on the grill for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
