Susan believes in the transformative power of food. As a former restaurant owner and the creator of plant-based burgers for Whole Foods, she has spent years in the culinary world, observing firsthand how food is more than just sustenance. Early on, she noticed that when chefs in the kitchen were not happy, the food simply didn’t come out right. However, when she blessed the food, it sold more, and when she cooked with love and intention for her family, it was always met with admiration and appreciation.
This realization became even more profound as Susan embarked on her own healing journey in 2024. She turned the concept of intention-charged food into a practice for personal transformation. By infusing her meals with mindfulness and purpose, she discovered that cooking could be a powerful tool for healing and manifesting the life she desired.
